I don't understand what they want from me. Elites, help the common folk.

It's like during debates/discussions/when new laws are being adopted or rejected, politicians who are against the decision/law, using their right to speak on stage for an unlimited amount of time, talk for a very long time (up to several days) and deliberately drag out the whole thing.
1) Should a limit be set on the maximum speaking time for each person?
2) We will not give up and will keep our word until they agree with us, even if we are a minority!
3) Should laws not be passed until there is unanimous agreement among all politicians?
4) Why even discuss anything, lol? We'll do whatever we want.
Something like that. But let the elites help.
