"In Honor of Our Fathers" – "The Hunter's Hunt" [Campaign 3, Mission 5]

A ballista with the stats and parameters of Gotay works well, in 3.1. The stats were nerfed, so it might not work on day 14. In 3.0, it definitely works.
Jalib's stats aren't very good. When I used Shah in a long game in 3.1, without a ballista, his stacks only slightly damaged mine, while mine one-shot his, even without luck.

I didn't have a "ballista" for Gotay, it just didn't work out. I sent a secondary hero and gave her magic negation. Although level 19 isn't a pushover either, she lost to Jalib, killing almost all of his army. Which is what needed to be proven. And right after that, in the same turn, the second attack by Gotay, and that was it.
The scripted Alaric couldn't stand against the army gathered from all the cities. In the very first turn, the Fury of the Horde killed all of Alaric's angels, or rather, not all of them, but it seems he had a "fight to the last" setting - one remained, but that's not the point. And we move on to the 4th campaign.
P.S. I have version 3.0, not 3.1, and the difficulty is, of course, Recruit.
