I no longer have the highest weaponization rate in the region.

On the one hand, I didn't want to restrict people's freedoms, but on the other hand, when every person has a weapon, they can defend any of their freedoms on their own (especially in conditions of almost complete absence of government), so I had to choose the lesser evil.
