We believe that our cooperation should be built on the equal rights of each participant. In the first stage, a simple mutual assistance treaty in the event of aggression by a foreign state will be sufficient. It may also be possible to station regular army units and air defense systems on the territory of allied states for the purpose of jointly practicing methods of protection against potential aggressors.

The main aggressors, Rex Ventorum and Kittypink, are currently more preoccupied with their own disputes, and it is unlikely that either of them will attack us in the near future. Think broader, comrades. I don't think anything bad will happen if we additionally agree to hold periodic joint exercises. Our countries have different geography (I hope); together we can practice the actions of military units in mountainous terrain, deserts, forests, etc. Plus, we can work out interactions with each other and the exchange of tactical information. Or do you assume that in the event of war, everyone will fight for themselves, simply against a common enemy?

There is an option to create a joint ABM air defense system. Using the territory of several states will allow us to create an extensive network of radars and close the sky much more reliably than individually. However, I myself do not want to rush into this.

But what I would like is a joint anti-submarine defense system. Each of us is quite capable of detecting an enemy ship independently, but submarines are more complicated. A large number of shared maritime borders will allow us to create a wide-reaching network. There will be fewer unpleasant surprises from the depths.

Regarding Kittypink and Ventorium... who knows what they have in mind and what they are actually busy with? When they attack, they will do it quickly and decisively, and you and I will have many other things to do besides gathering somewhere to consider new treaties.
