Phoenix Mod for Heroes 3.5 WOG.

Hello. I'm having some problems with the installation.
When I unpack the downloaded file, there's only one file: Phoenix-Mod v 2.5 Gold Edition.WOG
Where is the Help file? Where is Phoenix.exe?
What should I do? Please help!
