I think Medju would be a good fit, even though it's far from me, but it's the last place with a lot of water.
We're actually neighbors. If you stretch this map onto a globe, you'll see that my island is right next to yours. By the way, why wasn't I given any islands? :smile10:
I demand that this island be divided into three parts - Nebu, me, and Arandor (I agree to take the smaller part). That way, we'll even have a land border.
I don't mind being neighbors with Ventorium. It even fits the lore. (I'll explain the country's history in more detail later, but for now, just a brief overview.) My state was founded by refugees fleeing ethnic cleansing (Revan, didn't you have ethnic cleansing in your past, a few centuries ago?). A small number of refugees crossed the mountains and discovered a real paradise. My currency is, of course, different, but it's also called "credits." Simply because people are used to calling money credits.
But there's an important point here, purely logical. My national animal is the otter, which is primarily a river animal. This means there are many rivers in my country. But the problem is that Revan has very poor ecology. It would be extremely illogical if the headwaters of the rivers were located in his territory, and he dumped all sorts of waste there, which then flows to me, and after that, I have excellent ecology. It doesn't make sense. Therefore, my proposal is that all the sources of the rivers are located in the mountains on my territory (somewhere near the first letter "e" in the picture), and then the terrain slopes down in a north-western direction (these rivers flow into Ventorium), and in a southern, south-eastern direction (these rivers are entirely on my territory). Revan, do you object to this logic?
Maybe Medju's third of the country will be occupied by Lake Baikal, in honor of which the country was named.
