Arranging to play HoMM3 online!

I'd like to ask the players – how much time per turn do you think is optimal? Based on my experience, 6 minutes per turn is comfortable; you can discuss different options and really enjoy the game, which is essentially a "laid-back" experience. But if you set it to 1-2 minutes, there's no enjoyment, and you end up spending almost the same amount of time overall (considering battles).
