Well, we don't really have such a restriction. But there was a rule prohibiting healing oneself for two nights in a row, or prohibiting healing oneself at all. I just forgot about it this time. And it's not that common to find players who like to constantly heal themselves. However, this is already the second case in my Mafia games...
