Why not remove Pandoras with magic skills higher than level 2 and limit spellbooks (KO KV KV KZ) to magic skill level 4? Because some players gather resources, while others sell them. If someone sells resources, they will face difficulties later on.

I think that if there is a HotA tournament, it should be forbidden to use Sanctuaries with spells of the 4th level and scrolls of levels 4 and 5 without Mage Guild access because spells should be obtained through resources; some people sell them, and others collect them. In my opinion, scrolls of levels 4 and 5 should be completely removed, as well as Sanctuaries of level 4, and ideally, also Pandoras with magic skills higher than level 2, and spellbooks (KO KV KV KZ) should be limited to magic skill level 4.
