How to effectively use quick battles (autobattles)?

I wouldn't call it a cheat – it still requires skill to win, but you need a decent starting advantage and a hero with stats like 2222 (+blessing-healing), only for the first 2-3 hives, and it depends heavily on the situation, so it's better to test it in a simulator first.
