I think I already mentioned more detailed information about the states in the description (we discussed it a bit earlier), or am I imagining things? Once they are finished, players can (if they wish) add additional information that concerns various cosmetic and diplomatic aspects that are not covered by the game mechanics. This includes things like language, the appearance of the inhabitants, and foreign policy (both open and secret) with other states in the region, and so on. However, all statistical information (production, crime, armed forces, etc.) will be based solely on the nation states' indicators. Laws, such as banning cars, would be good to record for future use, but I've already missed that opportunity, so I'll leave it to the players' discretion (and memory).
