Ment, does the cultist definitely have no abilities? I played with a similar role. But in our game, he managed the daytime votes of the players (of course, the vote manipulation by the cultist wasn't revealed in the vote results, but the results themselves were recalculated taking into account the manipulation) and selected the non-detectives. That's it. An obviously dangerous role if it ends up with the right people at night.

I'll also suggest another role that I haven't seen mentioned here. Let's call it the "resurrector-switcher" - it resurrects one player, but in exchange, it kills another. If the killing fails for some reason, the resurrection also doesn't happen.
