We played on 200%, by week 3 I didn't expect the opponent's captured neutral town to be so close — I attacked with my full army at an enhanced Miner on an Angel, he bought his life and ran back on his turn from the town with his entire army.
Then I built level 4 with Meteor, but the cons on respawn turned out to be maxed out, which was no longer beatable.
