Neutral creatures in Heroes of Might and Magic V.

It's quite easy to defeat wolves without any losses, and phoenixes are more challenging, but still manageable – I've done it several times. It's especially effective to crush them with dwarves and upgraded light magic.
But Kyle is right – it's normal to suffer losses in battles with neutral creatures. However, Alex Ghost is also right – neutral creatures should be more or less balanced, and it's absurd that you lose a lot of units in a battle with water elementals, while in a battle with earth elementals, you only waste time and patience. I understand that when earth elementals work in a team with other units, it becomes effective, but the point is that neutral creatures are supposed to stand in groups of one type of unit. As a result, there's a real imbalance:(
