Danchik defeated Semyon

Semyon and I started playing, and after several restarts, I got two native heroes and built around 20 Elven structures.
On the very first day, I found a huge treasure trove with two Conservatories, boots +2 to all stats, and a sword +5 to all stats.
In the first week, I took a horse stable, a crypt, a gnome treasure, a mini-conservatory, and ran around the map, collecting resources.
On the first day of the second week, the show began: I found a sword +5 and a second conservatory.
On the second day, I found the boots and a cube. There was no Wisdom artifact, but I found a Slow spell, which wasn't on the map or in two guilds.
On day 123, the opponent surrendered because the game was hopeless.
