How many factions are there?

There should always be a choice and a unique aspect to the game. Having several races in the game adds a unique intrigue! The desire to explore each race: their combat tactics, magic, hero characteristics, units! The specifics of playing as and against that race! After all, there are many peoples in the world, so why should the world of Heroes be limited to only 6 races? But, of course, there should also be a certain limit! No more than 20! And ideally, even fewer! But I would rework the individual units in each race. But that's not the topic of this discussion. It is difficult to specify the exact, optimal number of races in my opinion, but their diversity, while maintaining balance, will certainly add interest to the game!
