For example, cars are completely banned in the country. It doesn't seem like a big deal. But that means ambulances also have to operate without cars. How will a doctor get to a patient? It seems strange to use a bicycle. Maybe on horseback, and the country has a developed horse-drawn transport system?
What about firefighters, and pizza deliveries?
I have cars banned. But I think the creator of this issue meant a ban on personal cars. The ban does not apply to special services.
