1) No matter what you say, half of the photos wouldn't be submitted; I already know, I checked. 2) So, what kind of contest would it be? The meaning is lost because it would just be a simple beauty contest; in that case, you should just create a topic with photos and choose the most beautiful one; if you like the idea, "Go for it!".
