Meo (Red Castle, Valessa, Valessa) def Rockmachine (Blue Barb, Crag Hack, Crag Hack) 223 2sm4d(3)
At the respawn there were two cons one-bys and two hives (+12 wyverns)
126 Went into the lava and on the last step saw Crag Hack (2 bears, 37 gogs and some small fry). Despite the fact that I was without shooters (2 angels, 5 champions), the barb decided to pull back his army and crash into me with birds (with an artifact +1 to speed). But Val, having sent Crag home and scouted from advanced air, managed to reach the Inferno castle and from there a logistician from the tavern caught the retreating caravans. The opponent didn't surrender. Alright, let's continue. I lose 2.5 turns, unexpectedly finding another conserva in the corner — damn, another one-by! Blue managed to build level 2 magic in Inferno, we finish building.
135 Surprisingly — still haven't built a magister: each turn an extra 2500 gold was sacrificed for tempo. Definitely won't be able to afford angels (( Valessa wasted 1.5 turns going to the Uni (there were 4 free skill slots) — it offered navigation, archery, etc. junk! (( But I picked up a Town Portal scroll and it later magically restored my lost tempo.
142 Unexpectedly, my mage-sidekick with Chain Lightning and 60 mana (cutting down an angel with the first Chain Lightning cast!) captures Blue's capital. Excellent move! The opponent apparently regretted breaking Crag, not knowing about the surprise. But he already has 17 attack against my 10 defense. Apparently already free-flying on wyverns, looting Dragon Utopias. ..And Valessa has been running through a devilishly winding underground treasure zone for the fourth day.. Well finally my Dragon Utopia too: gave everything +8 and Wings! I find two more cons (already 12 angels) and then I see Crag running out of a portal on my respawn. I manage to get home first, upgrade one Archangel and attack.
Finale:
Valessa attack\defense 24-22-16-14, expert air. Crag 27-11--. I have 11 angels, an Archangel and all the rest of the Castle troops. The barb's notable forces were 65+ wyverns. Mass Haste, Archangels remove the retaliation from the wyverns and after that it was a matter of technique.
Thanks to the opponent for a very interesting game!
Confirmed!) Thanks as well)
The start with Crag had a bunch of goblins. Ran around on the respawn in week 1. Decent, playable) 2 external dwellings of goblins, lurkers and an external dwelling of cyclops, which I took in week 2. In week 1 I built bears, the market next to the capital helped a lot, let me buy troops) I took the Inferno secondary. No treasure zone in sight, I went searching for it. Met the enemy near the secondary — I got my ass kicked)))) managed to transfer the army to a loser and teleported to the capital for 3k. But I placed the loser in a bad spot, could have run further and in the end he gets chased down and also gets his ass kicked))) That was the biggest blow to my economy — a ransom for 5000 and buyback in the capital. The market saved me! :smile03: Then I go take the Castle secondary and head to the treasure zone. Meanwhile, the enemy's powerful mage loser takes the capital, wiping out most of the guards. I kill him with huge losses) Then I focus on the treasure:rolleyes: and surrender the capital to enemy control:p
The plan was to stockpile ducks and find some good magic. Only one paid off — 52 ducks by the finale;) but magic was tight — no Implosion anywhere:smile43: In the end, I rush at huge speeds to the enemy's capital, counting on 52 ducks and restoring mana to 160 points (9 left):smile19: And then they catch me near the capital — turns out the opponent had Town Portal and Wings, which I had no inkling of:smile11:
The enemy's first strike!!! and my lack of mana points sealed the deal. 30 ducks were wiped out after the first strike:eek: Further resistance was useless:smile43:
