Why are demons opposed to humans? HUMANS? That's what I'm trying to figure out. Demons should be opposed to ANGELS,
a lesser demon to an angel, a devil to an archangel.

The patron deities of one race are Angels, and the patron deities of the other race are Devils. It all makes sense.

First option: angels against demons, humans in the middle

It's not profitable. What will you put for humans at level 7? What kind of magic will you give them?
