HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

The HD mod doesn't launch on Breath of Death, purchased from the Buku website. It displays "Unable to initialize resources - possible disk problem." Is this a known issue?

Please tell me what operating system you are using and in which folder the game is installed.
Please send me the original Buku Heroes3.exe file from the game folder. Try running HD3_Launcher.exe as an administrator. These steps will help fix the problem in a future release. Let me know the result.

And to get the mod working, create empty files in the \Data folder:
