It has long been established that fairies can cast everything they are naturally capable of, while wearing the Crown of the Magi (and, of course, the Pendant of Origin). Press "G" and voilà ;) Study the material.

p.s. Obviously, this is because their magic is primarily an ability and works on the same principle as the poison of monarchs, the blindness of uniques, etc.

However, if you attack neutral fairies, the Crown of the Magi and the Pendant of Origin work. I think not everyone has encountered situations where there are fairies in the army, for example, in my case, this is the second or third time in almost two years, and the situation with the red orb is the first time. I am more than sure that 95%+ would also think that wearing the red orb in PvP would disable the fairies.
P.S. The "F" button casts magic by default, just in case.
