I think the price will be reasonable.

The rental cost of the hall will be split among everyone (participants and spectators, children don't count). If it's 10,000 per day, that's 250 per person. That price would be reasonable. More than 10,000 per day for the hall is not feasible (especially since the hall isn't the biggest). The management of the venue should understand that without the hall, this event cannot be held at THIS venue. Look for backup options just in case.
