In general, Revan did a very smart thing by suggesting that players come up with the setting themselves. Everyone added a piece of their own madness, and the result is a very dark (and even scary) world. Imagine if Revan had come up with all of this himself. Out of 12 states, seven (or maybe nine) are drug-addled, two are nudist, three are highly toxic, eight are dictatorships of varying degrees of severity, and three are close to anarchy. We would just shake our heads and ask: "What's wrong with you? What kind of terrible nightmares could have given rise to such a world?". But as it is, we have a product of collective madness. No complaints. :smile04: The GM of the expedition will have plenty to work with.
