Does the AI pose any threat? Have any castles been captured?

The AI isn't much of a concern. The Dwarves were wiped out. Humans defeated the Elves and Mages. Therefore, they're just sitting around and not causing any trouble – they're not even visible outside the city. The Orcs are a bit on the outskirts (it's quite a distance to go to war). I thought I could resolve things through diplomacy.
