"The Newbie-2015. Winter" tournament.

At this rate, there will be no tournaments at all soon, because there's no one to organize them, but everyone knows how to make smart and, most importantly, helpful comments.

I asked a question, not made a comment. Falcone and I finished the last tournament back in November. To get to the point, I have my own interest and was planning to participate in this beginner tournament, but because of the late start, I won't sign up, because I might go far, and I don't want to withdraw from the tournament.
