I haven't played Hota even once, I don't even have it on my computer, but if participants play on Hota and have a controversial situation, then I will have to judge Hota, study the saves, etc. Considering that there is a new city, a lot of new objects, I will have to learn about new things again. Do I need that?
At least one tournament needs to be held for Hota so that everyone can familiarize themselves with it, but that's a completely different topic.
