Dear Sirs, the mod (3.808 beta 2) does not launch on The Shadow of Death, purchased from the Book of Heroes website. It displays the message "unable to initialize resources." Are there any recommendations for launching it?
Update: I followed the instructions in message 224 (created empty files), and the mod now launches, but the HD+ checkbox in the settings is disabled and inactive.
