Weaponization will be significant if civilians are allowed to carry weapons. But that doesn't mean the state has a strong army.
It doesn't, but in my country, weapons aren't even produced, and that's what I'm getting at.
Safety from Crime - this depends on the police. The police and the army are different things. Safety - "an indication of how safe a country is to visit." And a woman with a child is depicted. That's not the army either.
I already wrote about this earlier. It's just that I probably have really good "insurance" there.
