My opponent focused on the Dungeon faction, while I focused on surface factions because we had the corresponding cartographers. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a Town Portal and didn't take precautions to avoid being vulnerable. As a result, I exposed my diplomat without an army, and Tyris emerged from the elevator at a very opportune moment.
