We played at 100%. I immediately hired a diplomat in the tavern, and then the tourist quickly acquired the diplomacy skill. My opponent focused on the Dungeon faction, while I developed surface factions because we unlocked the corresponding mapmakers. Unfortunately, I couldn't find the Town Portal scroll and didn't take precautions to avoid being vulnerable. As a result, I exposed my diplomat without an army, and Tyris emerged from the dungeon in a very opportune moment.
