All the tournaments that Pete organized, and those he is currently organizing and helping with, have gone excellently!
And if at some point he couldn't arrange everything the way you wanted, there are probably real-life reasons for that...
You wrote that you're not happy with something, but who are you anyway? Are you his director, who pays him for his work, so you can demand anything?
He's doing everything with good intentions... and reading your posts, I don't think it will make him happy... and if you see a bunch of helpers ready to sort all this out and spend their time on it, why don't you show them off?
Or maybe you're so active that you want to take over everything...?
