Awakening of Evil

This is just ridiculous; I got tired of playing the first mission. There are a bunch of unnecessary quests from peasants, in my opinion. After a week of playing (a couple of hours each evening), I found the angels who won't let me pass, and the quest says I need to complete their quest, but it's unclear what it is.
