I wouldn't say that! :D What prevents a Barbarian from simultaneously leveling up tactics on altars? :) This gives: a bonus to movement, attack, defense, morale, and also the title of GENERAL (army bonuses)! :cool: So, I wouldn't say that the Barbarians have a weak army! :D :cool:
