It would have been much more useful to simply use regular 32-bit True (stretchable) GDI - Bilinear SharperX2, and say that there are no problems with them (or that there are).
Well, I installed them. I launched a game in GR mode, started playing, and there were no problems. I pressed F4 repeatedly "until I was blue in the face":D - everything was fine.
