It would be enough to create an important topic at the top or bottom of the page that would automatically redirect to the designated section for Heroes of Might and Magic.

For whom is that enough? Isn't this a forum about Heroes of Might and Magic? There are already so many important topics that to get to the less important ones (like discussing a tournament in Siberia or the CIS, which are really not important topics), you have to scroll the mouse wheel about 8 times, and sometimes it gets annoying...
