I got a pretty good respawn. I see enough wood, ore, a pile of crystals, and some free gold. End of week one: upgraded Rocs in the Citadel, two external Orc dwellings and one Goblin dwelling. 5 heroes. Crag Hack didn't quite reach the secondary hero. At the start of week two, I take a level 1 Griffin Conservatory with Nila. I give the Angel to a scout hero to ferry it to the Dragon Fly Hive, give the rest of the army to another scout hero and send him off to scout. The game could have ended right there) Kairy was found in the fog with her entire army. Fortunately, she's not that fast on rocks, and I manage to move the whole army to the Dragon Fly Hive, then to the town. I upgraded the Rocs and Wolves. Refilled mana and waited for Nila in town. I gave Crag Hack an artifact +1 Knowledge and sent him to the Magic Well. There's a second Griffin Conservatory on the same side. The opponent didn't attack the town but cut down the scout hero and Crag Hack. On turn 127 I attack Kairy in the open field. Armies and stats are roughly equal. I have the first turn. I cast Lightning Bolt for 110 damage on the Elves and the opponent types GG. Turns out he didn't have the spellbook.
I liked that the opponent didn't turtle up, but took a risk, even though he lost.
