I also think that waiting a couple of days is quite realistic... During this time, you can calm down and just relax. Otherwise, as usual, everyone rushes to finish everything on the last evening - and if you start posting the results the next day (i.e., actively discussing them), you might not have enough energy, leading to nervous breakdowns and problems in real life, etc.
