I'll say right away that the dates are negotiable; preliminarily, February 21-22, but if most people find other dates more convenient, why not? :)
There shouldn't be any major problems with the venue; there are a couple of options.
As for accommodation for those coming from out of town, Arthur aka Player has kindly agreed to host them (poker players are welcome) :)
