And seriously, FireToSky hasn't played in about 3 or 4 years and only played for the first time in January of this month. So, in a certain sense, he's a bit rusty because there haven't been regular practices. And that's why he couldn't possibly be in the first tier!

Are you trying to make us look like idiots?
1) Just look at FireToSky's message history, and it's clear that he's been playing, albeit sporadically, almost all the time.
2) The team formation rules implied that if you pick a weaker player from the 2nd tier, you can pick a stronger player from the 3rd tier. I was lucky – I played well, but, for example, our 3rd player had a hard time in the 3rd tier and lost most of his games.
Considering all of the above, I perceive this attempt at a replacement as trolling or baiting. I don't know which is more likely.
