At the start of the tournament, it wasn't clear how LuckyF played; there was no statistics! I'd agree about the other two, but the issue here lies with the organizers. The situation is completely different now. When the aforementioned players were in the pool, everyone was in the same position, whether they were picked or not (i.e., they had the opportunity to be picked). Now, it's different; they're simply placed in one-sidedly, without notifying the captains or getting their consent. At least they didn't put Sevensan in the 2nd tier :D

As for Browser, his rating is 1447. For comparison, in your group, Pupa has 1551, LuckyF has 1532, Mar has 1414, SP_SkiLine has 1423, so according to the rating, he only fits into the 3rd tier.
