Why are some players assigned based on skill, and others based on rating? If there's no rating, they should go into the 3rd tier!!! What's with all the familiarity?! Neither by skill nor by rating does Joker ever make it into the second tier!!!! 1 or 3!!!

Well, he doesn't have a rating, in part because the rating for the summer-autumn period hasn't been published yet. By the way, in the previous tournament, players without a rating, Coldreйн and Pent, also immediately ended up in the second tier, although neither of them finished the tournament. One turned out to be Ariputra, and the other disappeared.
