One for all and all for one - 3

Here's how I feel about these kinds of substitutions in general. Okay, they changed one player from the second tier, which shouldn't even be in the second tier, but this substitution is just awful. Putting Buchhauser in the 3rd tier!!!! Why didn't they just swap him with Stinger? Is there anything in the regulations about the possibility of substitutions during the tournament?

I understand Bishop's situation, but he personally chose his team. If they can't reach him and they've given up, then who's to blame? IMO, it's the person who put the team together...
