No, my dear.:p The existing rules (and the "silence" at night in particular) were created to suit the current balance. If something is to be done with this "silence" that you dislike so much, then something must definitely be done with the balance as well. I would really not want the balance to be adjusted in the direction of blindness in the game. Making the game more complex is fine, but not by making it a blind game. Because I love blind games just as much as you love silent nights.;)
No problem. I'm just worried that all the GMs will start creating blind games, and I'll be left with nothing.:(

All GMs will start doing this only if everyone likes it, but even if that happens, firstly, it's not a fact that you yourself won't like it so much. Secondly, who forbids alternating games? For example, we introduced ranks (classic games), and sometimes they are held, and people write and play in them (although not all old-timers of the forum do).
But introducing ranks doesn't mean that the forum has abandoned its own games. The same thing can be done by alternating. If people like it, you can continue playing blind games. If not, you can forget about them. But it's always possible and necessary to try different things.
As for the silent nights, I'm just bored playing for 24 hours and then not playing for 24 hours (and if it's 36 hours, it's just unbearable)... I lose interest in the game ((( If you're going to play, you should play properly.
