The start was good, <30 archers right in front of Castle 3 Crypts, I cleared them all on 111, 2 max tier and one with 5 Vampires. Nice. Found 3 external dwellings of horses on the respawn, but nonetheless I went for Angels. Which were built in the Citadel on 117. By 122 I already had Archangels. However, there was not a single Griffin Conservatory, no external Angel dwelling, and only 1 Dragon Fly Hive within reach. ГО 10-19 Archangels. As a result, I went to the center on 131. There I found a Shield giving +5 to all attributes. The Speaker's Hat, got control. I had Vidomina and all artifacts for assembling the Cloak of the Undead King. Oh, too bad we weren't playing Anarchy :smile35: Crag Hack was glowing with his unupgraded Behemoths. I thought I was doing great. But then Crag Hack suddenly came with 20 Mighty Gorgons and it became scary.. Clearly there was their external dwelling and possibly more than one. As it turned out, 3!!! external dwellings of Gorgons, and one hadn't been taken. I decided to fight without magic, equipped the Red Ball and attacked. Looking at the army advantage, I decided to put everyone in front with Mass Haste on the Tactics screen. And then I realized I had made a terrible mistake, the ball was equipped))) :smile11: Well, Crag Hack tore me apart. We did replay it later with Fireball and magic, but my opponent had Resistance trained, and after resisting the explosion +2K on the Angels I lost again.
No matter how long I've played Heroes - I'm still a noob.
