For 10 bucks at the new exchange rate, it's worth it, in my opinion. You're buying the work of a lot of people and the enjoyment of the game for yourself. If you don't understand pricing, it means you haven't done much, or you don't value your own work.

This is probably the most expensive re-release on Steam. All sorts of Dukes, Sirius, Dooms, Empires, and the new Resident are also less than 500 rubles when pre-ordered.
Even many new good games, made from scratch, are priced cheaper. Even Diablo 3, which was mentioned, costs 1000 rubles, and a lot of work went into it, but what about this? They just touched up the graphics and ported it to Android, and they're asking the price of a full-fledged game.
You could buy it for the multiplayer, but there isn't much of it in Erathia. You can only play a dozen maps in a loop, and there are still Erathian bugs.
