NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

It's fair from a logical point of view. But from a gameplay perspective, since no experience is given at all when the opponent's hero flees without losing a single unit, it seems unfair to other heroes who, in Jira's place, wouldn't get anything. On the other hand, this can be considered a feature of this hero, and it can be argued that it should be this way, as it doesn't really create any major imbalance.
