NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

Found another unfinished feature related to Jira: during a battle against a hero, if the hero flees without losing a single creature, Jira receives bonus experience as if he had killed them all. There's also another suggestion, though I'm not sure how feasible it is. To divide the full version of the mod into modules that can be combined by the user: 1) new heroes (which already exists); 2) upgrades for existing standard heroes, adding new starting spells; 3) a new skill tree; 4) reworked starting skills and abilities of standard heroes to match the new skill tree; 5) the same as 4, but for new heroes; 6) all other changes to spells, starting characteristics, etc.; 7) after adapting the NCF file, a module with new creatures.
