NHF – new heroes for Heroes V 3.1.

I don't know for sure if it's related to the mod: I'm playing a game as Haven, with Jirai as the hero, on Hero difficulty, on the Legacy map. After about 2-3 weeks of the 1st month, the AI stopped developing. The only hero I see on the map is standing still, and the others haven't updated their armies for about 3 months, judging by the information in the tavern.

Added after 10 minutes
I started a new game and skipped 2 months of turns, and they are developing, so it seems to be an isolated case.
