If you're talking about the implementation, then it was already created as a "race on paper," but there's a very well-thought-out race of cooks. Skeptics: You can make a race out of almost anything; the Jungle race convincingly proves this. And in general, in Forgotten Realms, they already created a race of angels, called celestials. You can slightly adjust them and add them to Heroes.
